International Ticket Applications

Every member of Old Emanuel Rugby Club can apply for international tickets such as 6-Nations, Autumn Internationals etc. Our general membership ballot ticket allocation is now evenly split between the Senior and Lions sections in order to provide fair and distributed access to England tickets throughout the year.

Please see below for all the info needed.

RFU INTERNATIONAL TICKETS
Please apply for tickets using the relevant International Ticket Application Form below, and email it to Sean Spurdle – tickets@oldemanuelrfc.co.uk by the deadline listed on the form.

• Tickets will only be allocated to fully paid-up playing or social members of the club, Vice Presidents and Sponsors. Members will only be considered as fully paid-up members if a current monthly standing order is in place (playing or social membership, or parent of a child with a fully paid-up Lions annual subscription for the current season). OERFC non-paying annual subscriptions should be added to listed ticket prices

• We have had issues with non-payment over the past number of the seasons and therefore, from now on, the following process must strictly be adhered to. Once the application form is submitted to the tickets@oldemanuelrfc.co.uk email address, you will receive an invoice for the proposed amount. THIS MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE. You will be notified AFTER this date as to whether you have been successful in your application and any unsuccessful applicants will have their payments returned. Please leave yourself time to submit your application form, for the invoice to be generated and received, and for you to pay that invoice ahead of the deadline date.

• Please note that due to the club’s small allocation for these games and as such it is most unlikely that any member will be allocated multiple tickets per match and normally allocated in pairs.

• Tickets will not be distributed until the cost of the tickets has been paid by the allocated member. It is recommended that ticket payment be made as soon possible. If payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the match, the ticket allocation will be redistributed to other interested club members.

• When receiving tickets from the RFU please read the conditions below and abide by them.

• Everyone who has been allocated tickets or may wish them in the future must note the following and strictly abide by it.

YOU MAY NOT RESELL YOUR TICKETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AS THEY ARE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. IF YOU HAVE TICKETS EXCESS TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS, RETURN THEM TO SEAN SPURDLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU HAVE PASSED ANY ON, GET THEM BACK.

IF YOU DO SELL THEM ON, YOU PUT THE ENTIRE CLUB'S ALLOCATION AT RISK AND YOU MAY BE BAN FROM RECEIVING TICKETS IN THE FUTURE.

OLD EMANUEL RUGBY CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BAR ANY MEMBERS FROM CURRENT AND FUTURE TICKET ALLOCATIONS IF THEY ARE FOUND TO HAVE BREACHED THESE RULES.
