Today, we have launched Old Emanuel RFC’s biggest fundraiser to date which will have a significant and sustainable effect on the future running of the club. The ‘600 Club’ is our brand new, monthly club lottery. It has been set up for the sole purpose of generating income for Old Emanuel RFC specifically for the relocation and ongoing costs of our club facilities.

The 600 Club is a monthly prize draw whereby each entrant is allocated a permanent number, from 1 to 600, and entered in a monthly draw. Members and Non-Members, aged 18 and over, pay only £6 per number per month by direct debit and can buy up to 5 numbers per person. The monthly draw will take place at the OERFC Committee meeting each month. Each month, three numbers will be selected at random to win monetary prizes based on the number of numbers sold. The top monthly prize possible is £600 with a second prize of £300 and third prize of £180 but this will be pro rated based on the numbers sold.

The first draw will be this December so we have 2 months to sell the 600 numbers; an ambitious task. To do this, it needs the collective help of every team and member within the club… PLEASE SIGN UP FOR A NUMBER TODAY!

As an incentive, we have a whopper! For every 10 numbers a referrer can sell, they will receive £100 cash after the 3rd draw (mid February 2021) to spend on anything you want. There is no limit to the amount of numbers you can sell and be rewarded on…
In order to make this as easy as possible, we have set up a simple, online application form that takes the entrants a minute to complete. The form can be found by clicking the ‘Online Direct Debit Form’ button at www.friendsofoldemanuelrfc.com Please make sure the entrants select s you as the referrer when applying so we can count their submission against you for the reward. If it is easier to get your entrants to complete a form at training, there will be paper forms on the Blagdons bar that you can collect and distribute at training. Once completed, please put in the 600 Club application box that will be kept behind the bar.

This is the most important fundraising project the rugby club has ever conducted and your support of this Prize Draw is massively needed and appreciated. This also has the potential to give nearly £13,000 in cash prizes back to our supporters every year as well as pay our mortgage on a new clubhouse!
