Our team values reflect those of the RFU – Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship – known as TREDS. We want our players to enjoy their rugby whilst also developing physical and mental skills they can use on and off the rugby pitch. We believe skills like good decision making, resilience and being a team player make better people as well as better players.

The U12 season builds on the foundation of contact rugby of the previous seasons with more players allowed to support their team in contact. We also add kicking into the mix, bringing another set of decisions to make on the pitch. As well as training at home and with local clubs we also play friendly matches and enter festivals throughout the season. The success of our age group depends very much on the support of parents. All our coaches and club officers are volunteers and we’d welcome any mums or dad who want to get more involved. You don’t have to be an expert, just enthusiastic.
