Tickets will only be allocated to fully paid-up playing or social members of the club, Vice Presidents and Sponsors. Members will only be considered as fully paid-up members if a current monthly standing order is in place (playing or social membership, or parent of a child with a fully paid-up Lions annual subscription for the current season).
We have had issues with non-payment over the past number of the seasons and therefore, we have changed the process that must strictly be adhered to. Once the application form is submitted to the tickets@oldemanuelrfc.co.uk email address, you will receive an invoice for the proposed amount. THIS MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE. You will be notified AFTER this date as to whether you have been successful in your application and any unsuccessful applicants will have their payments returned. Please leave yourself time to submit your application form, for the invoice to be generated and received, and for you to pay that invoice ahead of the deadline date.
